Return/exchange procedure
Please email: customercare@elmshop.com
To request a RETURNS NUMBER. We will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery unless goods were damaged in transit or not as ordered. A copy of your receipt will need to be returned with the goods. We will step you through the returns/exchange steps from here. On an exchange delivery will be charged.

Please note all sale items are final.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Post your item and carefully package the contents,
including a copy of the receipt to:
PO Box 3196, Norwood, SA, 5067

Delivery
Australia
We deliver Australia wide using standard and Express Post. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Express post normally delivers the next day for most locations across Australia. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your order if you are in regional or country areas.

International
Parcels are shipped using Registered Post International (Airmail). International parcels can take up to 5-7 working days depending on the destination.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Colour
This will vary from screen to screen, please be aware there maybe a difference from the real product.
